How deletion works

ListdPro does not yet offer self-service account deletion inside the app. Every deletion request is handled by a person. Send the form below, or email privacy@listdpro.com from the address on your account, and we will complete it within 30 days.

What we delete

Once we have verified that the request is yours, we delete or irreversibly anonymise your account and profile, your listings and the photographs and voice notes attached to them, your leads and deals, your generated documents, and your conversation history with the assistant and over WhatsApp.

We keep only what the law requires us to keep — principally invoices and tax records — and data that is the subject of a legal hold. Backups roll over on a 30-day cycle, so deleted data disappears from them within that window. The full schedule is in the Privacy Policy.

If a brokerage put your data here

If you are a buyer, seller, or tenant, your data is most likely in ListdPro because a brokerage entered it. That brokerage is the controller and decides what happens to it, so contacting them directly is fastest. If you cannot reach them, or do not know which brokerage holds your data, use this form — we will identify the controller, forward your request, act on their instruction, and tell you what happened.

Request deletion

We will ask you to confirm control of this phone number or email address before we delete anything. That protects you against someone else requesting deletion in your name.

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge your request by email within 2 business days.
  2. We verify that you control the phone number or email address on the account.
  3. We delete or anonymise the data within 30 days of that verification.
  4. We email you to confirm it is done, and tell you what we had to retain and why.
